DGM – Sales
I am responsible for the BPM Sales for the West Zone. My role involves maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients with a key focus on business development. I also consulted with a spectrum of companies in India for digital transformation strategy involving BPM (Business process management) and Knowledge Management.
I was responsible for the sales of social intranet platform and Team collaboration software. My role involved proactively prospecting and generating leads through research, personal emails, and other tools. Increased presence in India Market with multiple known brands during my tenure. My approach was to respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries followed up with exceptional customer-specific product demonstrations.
I led the sales process for HR solution by understanding prospect requirements, generating need for the solution, meet prospective clients to give sales presentations. Tapping business opportunities in the West Zone by identifying prospects evaluate their position in the industry.
Assistant Manager Sales
Responsible for handling client requirements from inquiries and leads generated by Presales team. Conducting product demonstrations for clients
and handling product related queries, RFP’s and RFQ’s were also a part of my role.
